Im doing my yr 12 major project, and im building a sandboard that is designed to be towed behind a car ( I cant wait for the trials and tests ).
But the problem i have is, is that i dont know if being towed behind a car at stockton beach is illegal or not, I tried contacting the RTA but they are full of it.
So any help would be legendary.
