euphoric i put C aswell. but thinking back i reckon its A. still not sure.
As for Q17, I am 99% sure its D as if refers to lifestyle which is a psychological factor. B is a socioeconomic factor.

I agree with you, except Q13 is "C"

Overdraft only goes to Current Liabilities if it goes to minus balance.
However business still has some cash in the back of $30k
thus it decrease in "Cash in Bank"

Let me quote the Excel in a month book:

Psycological factors:
"does the buyer like owning designer brands"

id say 1 is C as decision making is a skill of management as the roles are

1 informational
2 interpersonal
3 decisional- the decisional role includes the skill of decision making

but INTERPERSONAL involves management reconciling conflicts of interests within the business and employers hence INTERPERSONAL

yeh but the question shows that the buyer has a preference for a shitter brand rather than a good one, inferring that they dont have a high disposable income.
why on earth would someone prefer a generic brand over an expensive brand if they weren't poor neway??
