Isn't the answer for Question 6 D? Isn't C not an externality because that was the intended consequence??

No question 8 can't be c). If the nominal GDP has risen to 105 and real GDP is 103 its saying that inflation had to rise faster than nominal GDP. As the nominal GDP is worth less because of inflation?

Note it says *existing* airport. If you're building another airport, the number of jobs will likely decrease at the existing one.
Decreased traffic is still a positive externality, whether it was intended or otherwise.
