Hey guys,
im currently studying year 12 and am interested in applying for commerce degree in marketing tourism and hospitality management at UNSW .. does anynoe study this or has heard anything about it? if so wats it like? do u recommend it??

do marketing only if you find that you have a real talent in creativity...

otherwise yeh you'll be hard pressed to find a descend job

dont listen to them. do what youre interested in. anything can happen after uni. youll be there for 3 years, so do soemthing you like.

i wanna mainly do tourism and hospitality management and that seemed like a very broad interesting course i was just wondering wat ppl thought... is it more focused on tourism/hospitality or on marketing?

is this the course which you apply for way b4 hsc begins ??
or do you mean the electives in the commerce??

actually, you'd almost certainly get a job after you graduate, because part of that degree involves industry training in the hospitiality industry - thats why it takes four years

I was interested in this course as well! but I was too late to apply for it. make sure you check out the UAC closing date for this particular course because I think you'll need to go for interviews etc.
