unfortuantely, tanget at p and q dont meet at right angles, it's OP and OQwhich are perpendicular:(

no pq does not equal -1.

the gradient of OP = p/2
gradient of OQ = q/2

therefore OP times OQ = pq/4 = -1 (since they are perpendicular)
therefore pq = -4

I had that at first.... but then i got pq=-4.....cos the 90 degree was between Lines P and Q at O
