Say you did 12 units and ended up with exactly the same mark for all of them, e.g. 80. How would they choose what to put in your uai?

There must be a way. Coz it must happen to someone, somewhere, eventually.

Yeah I guess they'd probably use the subjects which rank higher than the others when calculating the UAI... I'm not sure though...

It will take into consideration both the scaling of the subject, and your relative state rank. e.g. Music 2 has better scaling than Chemistry, but it didn't count for me even though I got 85 for it and 87 for Chemistry because the majority of the music candidates would have done better than me so I was probably near the bottom rank-wise.

What are the chances of that happening?

It could happen--my friend got three--yes three 89's--and the rest of her subjects were in the high 90's! How bad is that? She was collectively 3 marks off a Premier's Award!

whats so hard about it?

theyll just pick the highest scaling subjects.

and anyway, its just a points system. if you have 10 units which are all 80 after alignment, then youll just get 400 points. identity doesnt matter. its what happens.

its like asking "what if someone got 100 in all their subjects?"
