I suck at writing essays and It seems like I can't improve no matter how hard I try. I'd like to improve but Idk what resources I have available other than drafting. Is tutoring worth it?

From what I hear private is more writing essays for you (which I guess is good if you aren't good at it) and public is more general resources and tips
