**Responsibilities:**
1. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to high school students preparing for their HSC English exams.
2. Develop customized lesson plans and learning strategies to address the specific needs and learning styles of each student.
3. Cover a range of topics including essay writing, textual analysis, creative writing, and exam preparation techniques.
4. Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and performance.
5. Motivate and inspire students to develop a love for English literature and language, fostering a positive learning environment.
6. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Previous experience tutoring or teaching HSC English, preferably with a strong track record of student success.
3. Deep knowledge of the HSC English curriculum, including prescribed texts and assessment requirements.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
