How does the UAI work (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to achieve a UAI of over 90, even though you stuffed up your trials. I have been hearing that it is true, but I have also been hearing the opposite.

If u aren't already aware, the Report on the Scaling of the 2001 NSW HSC is up on the UAC website. It details everything u need to kno about the UAI and the technicalities of how its calculated, how subjects are scaled, how ur marks are scaled and the differences between HSC marks and raw exam marks and moderated assessment marks

Hopefully everyones UAI/scaling questions will b answered by reading that document, and so Lazarus will have a break from endlessly answering the same questions again and again
