hey does anyone have any info on this topic

-Describe the processes used in the cloning of an animal and analyse the methodology to identify ways in which scientists could verify that the animal produced was a clone

any info at all would be fab help thanx!!

my notes would have answered this dot point; *points to sig

processes for cloning: remove genetic material, and then fuse into an empty egg cell.. look up the processes for cloning dolly, that should start you off.

verifying clone: requires a check that the DNA is the same. DNA hybridisation techonology could possibly be used

or maybe, insert a cell from one suspected clone into another organism... if the orgamism shows no sign of rejection, then it is a very strong evidence that they are clones...
