Does anyone have any information regarding Hatshepsut's relationship with her daughter Neferure and the noble Thutiy?

well dunno about thuity but the idea that many historians are pulling is that hat wanted nef to be a pharoah after her. Redford says that Hatshepsut wanted to start a matriarchial line of pharoanic power. If you want more info just go to ur text book-bradley is really good.

Hatshepsut had a negitive relationship with Thutmose 3rd, this is her stepson/Half Brother. She considered him to have dirty blood and that he could not rule Egypt that is why she after a few years declared herself Pharaoh.

Until she died or left for an unknown reason. Then Thutmose the 3rd had to become Pharaoh. Because of the relationship he had with his mum/sister, apparently he destroyed all her possessions that she had owned and everything she did in Egypt.

Hope that helps

a) That's a lovely story. Where's your evidence?
b) This thread's like two years old.
