is the fundamental theorem of calculus in the syllabus cause it was used in grammar 2023 paper
if so, where in the textbook can i find it?

It's not usually in textbooks, but its pretty intuitive.

forget the d/dx for a sec:
integrate the f(t) with respect to t, giving you, F(x)-F(a). Once you differentiate (i.e. take that d/dx into account), you'll get d/dx(F(x)-F(a)). F(a) is a constant, and hence, the rhs= f(x)

I personally wouldn't think of this as an identity, rather just a very abstractish intuition question.
