what is the different between a surfactant and an emulsifying agent
ive just got they both reduce surface tension :S

A surfactant reduces the surface tension for water to allow the oil and water to mix

An emulsifying agent suspends the dirt allowing it to be washed

You just need to mention the key words:

Surfactant; reduces surface tension
Emulsifying agent: suspends dirt
