Food Technology State Ranking (1 Viewer)

Hey all, I was wondering what would be thought to be needed to achieve a State ranking in Food Technology? I know it changes each year but I was wondering as a general (especially since for Food Tech it is top 10 in the State)

I am predicted to achieve State ranking by my school, which is possibly achievable since we have gotten 3 over the past few years (3rd, 4th and 7th in State), but despite getting 1 97 in 2014 and 1 in 2015 neither achieved State ranking.
