i am not sure which Medical radiation science to apply for next year they all sound similar to me. i went to the open day and didn;t get much out of it so could some 1 tell me the difference between these courses.

im applying for the nuclear medicine strand of MRS at newcastle uni. It involves combining radioisotopes with regular pharmaceuticals and injecting them into the patient, then using a scanner to detect the radiation and make an image out of it, then using that image to help diagnose a patient.
Diagnostic radiography involves using xrays to diagnose a condition.
Radiation therapy involves using radiation to treat diseases (cancer etc)

lol yeah, usyd is lucky as they only have a uai cutoff, for newcastle you have to goto an interview as well
