How do you go about contesting marks?

During my Modern History exam there was an 'incident' involving a bird and my Exam paper...not pretty. Im pretty sure I have grounds as this wasted like 10-15 minutes of my time I could have been spending on my last Essay. I ended up with a mark of 79... this could mean not only a different band but also a better chance at getting into Sydney Uni... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
