im literally getting my trials back now and idk why but im just going downhill. like my rankings arent that good and my marks arent either
these are my trial marks so far am i cooked?
- maths 4u: 56%
- chem: 49%
- maths 3u: 67%
but bro i need that 99+ atar

trial are meant to cook everyone so that ppl are motivated to work for the hsc but this is pretty cooked

nahh ur not cooked, trials is literally meant to be hard - obviously ur marks may not be as good as u expect, but they arent terrible trust.

Considering ur rank, l don't think its THAT bad. Like ur 3rd... Rank matters a lot more than the acc interneal marks. + NESA adjusts your marks if you score a lot higher in the hsc compared to your internals. E.g if you get 90+ in HSC but get like 56 internals, then NESA understands your skl was rlly harsh so what they do is make ur internals around your hsc mark and you get scaled up.

that's only when the whole cohort does well, and they do not 'make internals around the hsc mark', it only gets moderated up slightly, if the entire cohort does well then the internal mark should already be pretty high
