Hey i was wondering what you need to write if you have drawn a box plot and then it says to "COMMENT ON THE BOX PLOT"

Thats about all.PC said:1. You can talk about Symmetry. If it's not completely symmetrical then it is skewed. If there is a long whisker off on the left, then it's negatively skewed. If there is a long whisker off on the right, then it's positively skewed.
2. You can talk about Spread. Remember that the first whisker represents 25% of all scores, the left part of the box is 25%, the right part of the box is 25% and the other whisker is 25%. If the box is small, then you've got a clustered group of scores. If it's wide then there's a larger spread.
3. When comparing data sets, you can compare the positions of the medians and the inter-quartile ranges.
