Alright the class has been given an assessment task handout. Its a prac.
These outcomes to be asessed are things I personally think you could preprepare (study) for.

The test could be anything from determining cell size to determining the optimal pH for enzyme activity, so its fairly vague.

What I need help with is gathering information that could/would be usefull for the following outcomes.

1.Justifies the appropriateness of a particular investigation plan: ?

2. Evaluates ways in which accuracy and reliability could be improved in investigations: ? Uhh better equipment and repetition, anything else?

3. Asesses the validity of conclusions from gathered data and information:?

4. Explains why an inestigation is best undertaken individually or by a team: ?
individually-can trust yourself/not rely on others in case of misinterpretations or accidents?
Team - Possbly better organisation due to division of jobs?

It would be appreciated if you could add some points that could help in the prac outcomes above. :spin:

Here's some info to get it started;

Areas of accuracy:
-accurate measurement of variables
-appropriate use of equipment e.g. Measuring equipment i.e. measuring cylinder
-averaging of results
-controlled variables

Areas of reliability:
-control
-range of values for independent variable
-repetition or replication
