Hey me and me mate are just wondering about the nursing course thats available there, because the UAI is fairly low compared to other universities, so anyone who attends the course can you let us no wat its like and wat the uni itself is like?

I've only heard through other people that La Trobe has a reputation for being hard to pass (B Nursing). They have a lot more contact hours compared to other universties. Semester one you do 4 units and semester 2 --> 5 units in yr 1.
That's all I know about the B Nursing course @ La Trobe.

Im doing nursing at QUT in Brisbane and I have to do 4 units a semester. WEll ok 4 subjects...what do you call individual things,

I want to do midwifery in victoria and im wondering do any of you know about the midwife course at latrobe?

I'd for for Melbourne or Monash if you really want to do your middies in Victoria. Could always do it in Queensland and then move.
