I'm just getting a bit confused with the difference and how to lay out text and numbers in ascending and descending order...Can someone just give me a brief squiz of how to layout these 2 below in ascending and descending order? Thanx=)

Ann 100
Bob 200
Cara 300
Don 400

Ascending order for text and numbers: (A-->Z)

Ann 100
Bob 200
Cara 300
Don 400

Descending order for text and numbers: (Z-->A)

Don 400
Cara 300
Bob 200
Ann 100
