Hey i'm having trouble with an assignment on animal cloning and the methodology used. If you could help me that would be great thanks heaps

Making Dolly:
Ingredients:
diploid cell from sheep A.
gamete ova from sheep B.
fertile, healthy, female sheep C.
electricity
petri dishes.
nutrients
Method:
ennucleate your gamete cell from sheep B (take the nucleus out)
take your diploid Sheep A cell and keep in darkness and with minimal nutrients in a petri dish. this 'resets' the cell.
put your gamete cell and your diploid cell together in a petri dish with nutrients. add electricity to fuse them together. leave for a few days, until the new cell divides a few times.
take cell group and implant in sheep C's uterus. wait and hope it took.
you should have sheep D(olly) after a while, with mitochondrial DNA from sheep C, and the rest from sheep A.
