Am I attempting a good diet/exercise plan? (1 Viewer)

Hey, I'm 16 and 185cm tall and weigh 85kg and am wanting to lose about 15-20kg. Am I doing a good diet and exercise plan?

Running for 30 minutes every day
Breakfast: Chia seeds with water, fruit salad
Lunch: Whole meal sandwich with vegetables and breast chicken (grilled) NO dressings.
Dinner: No carbs - salad and sometimes a small portion of meat
I've cut coffee, soft drinks etc. drinking ONLY water. 5L per day.
No snacking, cut all sweets.

Do I need to make any improvements or adjustments? Thanks in advance for your input!

Have your worked out your maitenance calories and devised according to that? If you havn't, I'd advise you do otherwise your going in blind lol! Scrap the sandwich (bread), and try to divide meals up into 5-6 separate meals, other than that, the food itself looks fine :)

85kg and 185 cm is a pretty normal weight, why do you want to lose 15-20kgs
