identify data sources, gather, process and analyse information and use available evidence to assess Einstein's contribution to quantum theory and its relation to black body radiation

whats a point against his contribution?

The verb is assess, so you don't have to have points "against"... you just need a judgment that is supported by evidence (as opposed to say discuss):

Assess - Make a judgment of value, quality, outcomes, results or size

so you can talk as much as you want about how great einstein was if thats your argument.

But you might want to say that Einstein never really believed in quantum mechanics, much like Planck, believing it was just some mathematical gimmick. He was quoted saying something like God doesnt play with the dice (the exact quote has slipped my mind)

i personally wouldn't say einstein didn't believe in quantum mechanices

his contributions:

- discrete particles/packets of energy
- wave-particle duality

all that and the effects? it explained the black body radiaion and photoelectric effect
