Wanted to wish you good luck as well Mel. I've lurked on this forum for quite a number of years, and I have always been impressed by your dedication and enthusiasm to practice law - I think you really deserve to do well!

Look at Bratty v Attorney-General for Northern Ireland and R v Falconer.

The email is to the effect that they have received an 'overwhelming' number of applications and 'are still in the process of reviewing applications'. It's hard to take this at face value, but maybe the Group is genuinely behind in reviewing applications.

Seems there are a few more hoops to jump through though viz. application, literacy/numeracy assessment, phone interview, assessment centre (another interview!).

Is it weird that I'm receiving notice of an intention 'to consider your application' from the Banking & Finance division at Macquarie at this stage? I applied ages ago, hadn't heard anything, and assumed all these positions had been filled by now :S.

Thanks for the advice. I have a feeling this will have been one of my poorer semesters results wise :(

At first, I was thinking the same thing, until it dawned on me that our Law faculty probably won't release our results until the end of July. Does anyone know if it's necessary to wait or should I just leave a note on my academic transcript?
