    Hi :) University of Sydney seems to be widely considered the best for primary education and teaching. Their ATAR cut-off is: 88.05 (taken off their own website) but the "The Good Universities Guide 2014" book says that their ATAR cut-off is 90.0. Hope it helps! Good luck! :)
