My Teacher is not under the habit to mark harshly so I am still unsure whether this truely constitutes such a high mark. Nether the less I feel obligated to share it since it is slightly difficult to find samples for the course, so hopefully this is helpful for others.
This piece was influenced by my own cultural identity hence some terms and concepts that are going to unfamiliar to the outsider. Whether to include such things in your work is dependent upon your own teacher, as I imagine not all teachers are so… interested (?) in foreign culture but I imagine it shouldn’t be too much of an issue in the long run.
The one mark I lost was for grammar which is something I personally can’t get my head across so there’s that. I do not believe the file I shared is grammatically correct either (my teacher was the one who typed it up for me because I was sick) so don’t like copy my bad grammar.
In retrospect, I would have wanted to rephrase some sentences and delete some words (and grammar, of course) but I personally rather like it. Hopefully this silly little story will help you in your study : ). Good luck.
