Break it down into dot points.
Memorise the key words of each dot point as if they are mini/micro dot points.
Then memorise/understand (if you haven’t already) the actual meaning of the essay from start to finish, trying to see if your logic can be used to connect each micro dot point until you multiple successful large dot points.

If you find a mistake in the logic or key words, which matters more than word for word, then practice the things you have mistakes on.
