I couldn’t find a noticeable issue so I just looked at the wide af timeline for determining staffing needs and started complaining about it
lol i wasn't bothered to talk about the whole acquisition process and since it was the first dotpoint i didn't stress

It should be September for the cash flow because that’s when the first month that it goes to a negative balance. Confused how people are getting August, that’s the first I’m hearing of it.

Resistance to change was definitely fear because it was on employees, not the employer who would pay out redundancy claim

Was it niche or production market for Q2?

i put august bc the cash outflows were larger than inflows so they should’ve noticed that and started using cash flow management strategies but september makes sense too so i’m not too sure
