I know structure like executive summary,SWOT etc

U have to do swot? so basically u have the title which is ‘business report for (business name)’.
Then for the executive summary
- Name and prime function of the business
● Reference to recent events that prompted the need for a business report
● Reference to parts of the question

Then for each body paragraph u have a heading one for each question. U can also have subheadings. For these paragraphs u just apply ur theory knowledge to the business scenario and answer the questions.

Then for the conclusion u sum up everything

just wanted to add to the above persons advice, as someone who just finished accelerated yr 12 business hsc I feel like i could provide something helpful you know? Make sure you respond to the question and follow all the verbs, usually in a business report question there will be two questions that you will need to address in your report, I got rank 3 in my class and this is how i structured my reports.
Lets say this business wants:
1.recommendations to market the business to a national market
2.why the business should identify where it is in the business life cycle
(terrible example Q's but you get the point-)
I would do-
-Exec sum

-marketing definition
-recommendation of marketing for business

-business life cycle definition
-why its important and why business should identify where they are

-conclusion
