I am ooooooooooover this. I want to be done. But I still have to annotate my THIRTY sources. Can I skimp on it or is it actually really important???

No word limit but PIP markers do look at your annotated bibliography LOL. It sometimes distinguishes between a b5 and b6 sec since its a section thats often overlooked
