I'm pretty sure all exams were finalised before Covid was serious. Like very early in the year. We shall see. Hopefully something in trial process. There's a lot of recent cases for that area.

Just a general question, are you guys memorising full essays or scaffolds?

Courts would be rather weird. I was thinking more: Charge negotiation, defences (partial, complete, different types), juries. Oh well, I've already sacrificed like half my memory to Legal anyway :/

The final question is probably going to be a scaffolded formal proof of a known mathematical identity, except this time they will emphasise the pain of inequalities. Maybe one of the many ways of proving e or pi or some mathematical constant is irrational.

Predictions we got/the top people predicted for us were: 1. Trial Process, possibly quite narrow (i.e. juries or defences particularly) 2. Young Offenders, or possibly a cross with alternative sentencing 3. Sentencing and Punishments, with a specific theme on punishments, stances on...

Wow... respect. That's like... 4-5 essays at least to tackle any q right? I basically memorise paragraph scaffolds.

Do you memorise essays as prep?

I'm basically preparing for everything, except for post-sentencing. If we get that, time to write a purely theoretical essay.

I was thinking more punishments, but fair enough. But given their track record of just randomly repeating the same dot point (2016 and 2017) everything's possible.
