Effects of training programs are reversible which means lack of training causes the opposite to occur → 'detraining'
Gains will be lost at the same rate at which they were achieved once training ceases.
yeah thought so :/ so whats another example? iv done the heart foundation and some other sub-initiatives like the heart foundation tick, heartmoves etc.
However im a bit confused. Is the heart foundation tick itself a health initiative? or...?
quick question: do we need to know 1 or 2 health promotion initiatives?! i know it says 2 but my class wasn't told to do another one. we just did one as an assignment and thats it. im worried...
haha dw i think i put CO2 as well. The way i thought about it was that CO2 is transported as carbaminohaemoglobin, and since haemoglobin is a protein its gotta be CO2! lol oh well its only one mark.
in comparison to the 2010 paper it was really good! there weren't as many animal/plant examples which was awesome. i didn't particularly like communication, but i didnt hate it. the lasik eye surgery and action potential graph i just lol'd at.
and i didnt really feel like i knew what i was...
in my opinion i dont even think that that question was part of the syllabus. the syllabus states "investigate STATISTICAL data about the global distribution of the 5 major religions" not reasons WHY they are distributed! you could tell the bos just felt like messing with our heads..
