At this point, I'd say try to apply for everything and see how that goes. If they accept you then take it. Otherwise, there are different pathways you can go eg. TAFE, cadet/apprenticeship, Insearch to name a few.

if you want to use a laptop for rendering instead of doing it at uni you could do that, or you could take stuff home and do it there. really does depend on preference. try both methods in the first week or two and see what happens?

Well eg. for the subject 331310 I have Lec1 02 and Lec2 01. The 02 and 01 are the different times for the lectures. I'm just wondering if there's a difference between Lec1 and Lec2. =]
