How accurate do you think the specimen paper is to the actual HSC exam?

hey, I am doing Eng Adv and I need some help with my assessment task. We have been asked to write a reflection essay. Does anyone know how the structure of a reflection essay? anyone got any general tips? these would be much appreciated ... thanks heaps .
