I am a current BIT and I spoke to someone who takes care of the course at UTS. Can (should) not reveal my sources because I hear he reads these forums..... :rolleyes:
I think the fact that some of you guys didn't get in goes to show that they are looking for well-rounded people interested in studying IT and have huge management potential.
I am possibly the least technical IT person I know but I do a bit of stuff outside academic/IT-related work and got in...
UTS.
In my opinion, a better Uni, a better degree and better graduates.
I don't know if I should be saying this but UTS had about 5 times more applicants than UNSW did.

one of the letters (you will be accepted if u get 90+) does not actually state that u get 90+, it just says you are basically in, which is the letter you got.
but note in your letter it says "we will advise once your uai is realised" and since the cut-off for the course is 90+ they are...
