I had the exact same question. I think you just base it on the activity (I'm doing viticulture) and then just a few examples from the local case study/economic enterprise. Pretty much what that guy said.
I'm going to go macro/fiscal policy, mainly because I love this topic and I have so much information, and also it's rather current. Hope it's not anything to to with labour markets:chainsaw:. Possibly something on environmental policies with the Carbon Emissions Trading Scheme and what not.

If it just said that it was selling jewellry, then yes it would be consumer. But they've added the age bracket, which has segmented the market. The only answer it could be is niche.
But that's just my opinion.

Consumer market is when you're selling a good for consumers who are going to use the product themselves... IN GENERAL.
Niche is a small section of the market - hence, answer was C, niche.
Excuses excuses. And sorry, I don't have maths notes. Well actually I do but they're allll handwritten. I've kind of neglected maths... I'm going to get like 75 :(
