I've got 'The Gun Show'. My P.E teacher gave me that name cos i apparently show off my muscles by wearing singlets in P.E. I just like wearing singlets. Matter of fact i'm wearing one now.. hmmm maybe he was right.

lol its not measuring your fatness haha. Its an indirect measure of how well your body uses oxygen during exercise. My best was 16.1 earlier this year but if i had to do it now i would probably get like 12. Need to get back to the running.
