That's correct; you'll be doing Foundies for the first half of semester, then BGDA for the second half. Then in semester 2 you'll do two more modules (Health Maintenance A and Ageing and Endings B)

For reference, last year I got 97th percentile UMAT and 99.20, interviewed well, didn't get a first round med offer for UAdel (as a NSW resident). But I did get a late round offer of a bonded spot from them (which I rejected for unbonded UNSW)
I've read elsewhere that they may not be doing calls this year, however for reference, last year I got a courtesy call from the dean a few days before offers were released officially
I believe there is an interview if you get 99.95, but from what I gather it's quite hard to fail. For music/med, there's an audition and interview, but the atar requirement is lower - 99.65 (?) I think. USyd does not look at umat.

The first exam people usually do very early, before they've done much prep - so less people do very well in the first medentry paper (explaining your high percentile in the first paper). Subsequent papers people tend to later, after doing drills + prep, so more people do well...

I got 97th percentile in the UMAT this year (68/64/62) and did a prep course - like gibson, I didn't do much practice until a few weeks before the UMAT, and ended up only completing 4 practice papers (many drills though) - I think the most important thing is to look at the worked...
