With regards to essay writing The Learning Centre at UNSW was an enormous help to me, when I first started uni. Find the equivalent at UWS and seek help early.:jedi:

Yeah i did PHIL1010 last year it was fine, just do the readings (most) and pay attention in the lectures and tuts. All the logic/reasoning/fallacy stuff was really interesting, the tuts were almost enjoyable. :)
