    HELP FOR ECONOMICS

I think in general, just do loads of questions targeting different areas of the syllabus dotpoint. You're in Year 11 so wouldn't stress too much, but its good to build some habits early on. Things that helped me get an sr mark: - make a big doc and add all the big syllabus topics on there, then...

    How do internal marks work?

I feel like everyone tries harder for trials anyways, but that was just some advice that I wish I took on for other subjects like chemistry and maths

    What to expect yr11-12 eco

Approach Eco with an open mind. There are so many different answers for short response questions for instance, and once you realise that, it becomes a little more engaging. I was consistently thinking " oh I didn't think about that link to national defence/security (for instance on the topic of...

2024 ECONOMICS HSC PAGE (AIMING TO GET 96+ MARKS)

Hey, hope holidays have been great. I got a 97 in eco, ranking first in a top selective school so I feel like I can give some tips and tricks that might help you. How do internal marks work?

Make sure you don't fall under the assumption that "it's ok, I'll just try harder for trials and restore my rank". Best tip I could give for anyone studying HSC economics this yr is to read news articles with the goal of staying on top of current trends. Also it really helps being able to apply theory learnt in class to real world issues. On my way to school on the train I'd just read news articles before my...

    Economics Tutoring

Hi Spacecats! Thanks for the question. I am still offering Economics tutoring - as for how I structure current lessons, I like to use booklets that I have created. These ensure that I get through all the content necessary, in an engaging and informative way. I include diagrams, real-life...

    Economics Tutoring

Hey, thanks for asking! I actually finished my HSC earlier this month so not in university currently. As for what I want to do, it's still in the air right now, but would be interested in economics/law at UNSW/USYD potentially, or Medicine.

    Economics Tutoring

Hey everyone! I'll keep it short, but essentially I am offering specialised economics tutoring for students in the Class of 2024 and 2025. With HSC assessments so close (within 2-3 weeks for some), I understand the pressure and anxiety because I was in that position a year ago. Here's a little...
