It seems there's some misunderstanding there. 1% among 1000 is top 10 rank and 0.1% among 1000 is the first rank. Both of these are next to impossible to maintain consistently across every test. Even 50th rank is hard to maintain every single time, leave alone 1st rank. Something is not right in...
