It seemed cover a variety of aspects in each section, though not as specific as I thought it would be.

Lol.. as long as you Drew rectangles, circle and arrows you'll get a mark..
And the other mark would probably involve the structure of the diagram as well as having identified the elements within. Even if you put "hospital" it should be fine, because external entity covers invdividuals as well...
well.. it does say "Information from the system will be used by the hospital to plan resource usage" so who else but the management and staff will need this?
