The shark only has to stop moving and it will drown.. or asphyxiate.. which ever they do. As soon as water stops passing through their gills, they drown, which is why sharks can never stop swimming.

Ha that sounds like one of my idiotic escapades. I tried to put a copy of Ubuntu (Linux) on a second hard disk I have. I backed up all my music and important files onto my primary, did all the right things, and had Ubuntu running off the slave disk. Then I wanted to access the primary disk...

Is it just me, or does a disk defrag: - Relocate portions of data to make as much of the free data sectors together on the disk and as hard disks are physical magnetic media, this is actually indeed a PHYSICAL change in the hardware? then again, it might just be me..
