Is marketing subjects at UNSW any pratical? Or are they like theory stuff and no real use in real life? Do you have to go out and do marketing projects like go door to door to sell a product? Have anyone done any marketing subjects?

To those who done this before, what was the final exam like, is it similar in style to the quizzes but more in depth and longer? Does doing the homework help much? (I thought our first quiz was based on broverman rather than the homework questions). And how was the scaling?
