I did receive the letter from BOS, but only once and I lost that PIN. And another letter with PIN on it was from UAC. Is that going to be the same?

I've lost my BOS PIN NUMBER. Is that means I can't check my HSC result? Could any body tell me what can I do now? Can I get that PIN again or how can I check my HSC result?? Please...help me!
