It could be an OK plc if u dont ask for too much,as the price is quite acceptable. Speaking of the crazy housemates,thats basically abt ur luck.I m lucky enuff to have nice housemates but obviously some of my fds didnt. Overall I reckon its a great plc if u r looking for value for $$.

yar,i went to fisher lvl 9,quite horrible,as it was damn quite,ancient books to the ceilling.When walking there,can feel someone following me.So better dont go there alone unless at the end of sem,coz it will be flooded by students.

well,from my personal experience,accounting is abt stupid,simple numbers,while finance would be much more complicated.So if u r not math-minded,u might find accounting easier....

err...I'm thinking abt taking summer school so as to accelerate my degree.and ppl say it might be easier to pass for some specific subjects,since they purposedly give u MCQ as final exam or whatever. But now,my question is,which subject to choose? CLAW1001 Commercial transaction A FINC2011...
