Re: A serious question!!! I need an answer ASAP I also have a serious question and need a serious answer ASAP. Luka, do you live on the second floor?

Quitting junior lawyers find a voice

Is this best done by complaining anonymously and presenting distorted tales of big firm life on a blog and in the legal media?

An alternative choice - UWS Law

I'm sure it's a fine law school with good-quality teaching, but if you're intent on practicing in a top-tier, boutique, or even upper-mid-tier commercial firm, it's going to be a lot more difficult to get there from UWS than from USYD, UNSW, UTS, Club Mac and ANU, or even Wollongong or Newcastle.

    Exam Results - Implications

While you're entitled to hate torts as much as you like, it should be pointed out that tort law comes up in commercial legal situations all the time, and it isn't only personal injury lawyers that need to have a strong command of the area. That said, universities do, unfortunately, tend to...

Latest IFLR and Legal500 law firm rankings

Wheredanton, no partner at any law firm in Australian charges $1200 an hour. The top tax partners at AAR might charge around 65% of that. ABL does that well because its lawyers work extremely hard - it's got a reputation in the industry as requiring the longest hours of any firm in the...
