What would be the band 6 cut off considering the marks are soooooo low?

Do you have to have performed in your Assessment mark? or does it come specifically from the HSC exams?

I have no idea what my school rank is to be honest with you. I just guessed. My school is St Andrews College in Marayong and im hoping to do a Bachelor of Business and Commerce at UWS which had a cut off of 65.
