id prefer that this not be the first year that they do it
bruh should i just stuff learning my lcmid for international crime then and just go off of like my hr knowledge im tryna cram everything today LOOL im so unorganised but also i feel like thats such a terrible idea
Lowkey im just gonna use my HR stuff because whatever they ask you can just shove it in like ICCPR and stuff that's all international and it works no matter what if they ask an international question

question tho: what issue are you guys doing for HR like asylum seekers etc??? And how much are you remembering for it cause i have nothing for it atm

realistically if they ask international crime you would have to include the effectiveness/ineffectivness of the ICC - domestic/int responses to crimes against the international community and tribunals

for transnational crimes you would do domestic responses which would be Australian eg afp/abf and the convention against transnational crime

afganistan - both legal and non legal responses (domestic and international)

i have afeeling theyll ask about a specific collective/individual right and something about common or statute law or maybe the constitution (pls no)

Human trafficking and slaveryyyy - I had this for my assessment task but I'm gonna go over both domestic and int legal and non-legal responses if an 8 marker comes up

Omlll i feel ya same here, I've dedicated only 2 hours of my day to Crime cause I got Options to worry abt AND its a whopping 15 marks and I'm scared I'll flop it badly 😭

what do u write if its division of powers
you would right about how the law making powers are divided into federal and state - concurrent/exclusive and residual powers which upholds the rule of law.. (I hate division I would rather separation).
